Vintage at Tabernacle sits on the SunTran line, St. George’s public bus system. SunTran connects campus, downtown, shopping centers, and neighborhoods around the city. Utah Tech students, staff, and faculty can ride with a semester pass by showing their UTU ID to the driver. Rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft are also widely available.

Yes! Vintage at Tabernacle is a student community right across the street from Utah Tech, so classes, campus events, and university resources are only minutes away. Resident events like game nights and seasonal parties make it easy to meet people, and the clubhouse, pool, hot tub, and study facilities give you plenty of places to connect.

Vintage at Tabernacle offers four fully furnished floor plans:

• 2 Bed 2 Bath: each bedroom has its own bathroom.
• 4 Bed 2 Bath: 1,291 square feet, with four private bedrooms and each bathroom shared between two residents.
• 5 Bed 3 Bath: 1,654 square feet, with four private bedrooms, one private primary suite with its own bathroom, and two shared bathrooms.
• 5 Bed 3 Bath King: four private bedrooms, one large shared bedroom, and three shared bathrooms.

Every plan includes an in-unit washer and dryer, granite countertops, a 65-inch TV, black kitchen appliances, LED lighting, and extra storage. See every layout on our floor plans page.

Rent depends on your floor plan, room type, and lease length. Shared rooms are the most affordable option, and private primary suites cost the most. A 12-month lease has a lower monthly rate than a 9-month lease. Utilities, technology, and renters’ insurance are billed separately from rent. Check our floor plans page for current rates.

Pricing is per person. Your rate depends on the room you choose (private room, private primary suite, or shared room) and whether you sign a 9- or 12-month lease.

Yes!

• The 2 Bed 2 Bath floor plan gives every resident a private bedroom and a private bathroom.
• The 5 Bed 3 Bath plan includes a private primary suite with its own bathroom.
• The 4 Bed 2 Bath plan has private bedrooms, with each bathroom shared between just two residents.

Yes! The 5 Bed 3 Bath King floor plan includes a shared bedroom, and it has some of the largest shared rooms in St. George. Shared rooms are the most affordable option at Vintage at Tabernacle.

Yes! All leases at Vintage at Tabernacle are by the bed, so you’re only responsible for your own space and rent.

Vintage at Tabernacle offers 9-month and 12-month leases, so you can match your lease to the school year or stay year-round. The 12-month lease has a lower monthly rate.

Utilities aren’t included in rent. Instead, they’re bundled into a flat $60 monthly fee that’s billed separately, so you won’t be surprised by a usage-based bill.

Internet is billed separately through a $30 monthly technology fee that covers Wi-Fi and cable. Every apartment gets high-speed fiber internet, so you can stream lectures and do research without interruptions.

You can pay rent in full at move-in, or pay monthly with rent due on the 1st of each month. Make payments through the resident portal. If there’s a balance on your account as of the 6th, a late fee of 10% of that balance applies. Returned payments carry a $20 fee.

Move-in costs include a $140 administrative fee, a $300 security deposit, and a $25 carpet cleaning fee charged at move-in. The $50 application fee is paid when you apply. See the full list in the fee transparency section of our FAQ page.

Yes. Renters’ insurance is required. Coverage through the property is $12 a month, or you can provide your own policy instead.

Laundry is in-unit! Every apartment has its own washer and dryer, so you never have to share machines or carry laundry across the property.

Yes, parking is in our underground garage, but it isn’t included in rent. A garage spot costs $40 a month.

Yes! We have a dedicated bike storage room. Residents who store a bike there get access with their key fob. Residents without a bike don’t have access to the room.

Yes! Vintage at Tabernacle has multiple study facilities with quiet, comfortable spaces for coursework or group projects. High-speed fiber internet keeps you connected while you study.

Yes! Vintage at Tabernacle hosts resident events, from game nights to seasonal parties. They’re an easy way to meet new friends, and the clubhouse is a hub for hanging out and hosting events.

Vintage at Tabernacle has controlled access, and parking is in an underground garage, so residents and their belongings stay secure. On-site professional management and 24-hour emergency maintenance add peace of mind.

Apply as early as you can! Early applicants get the best selection of floor plans, room types, and pricing, especially for Fall semester. You can apply online.

To complete your application, you’ll need two forms of government-issued ID.

Yes. The application fee is $50, paid when you apply.

The application takes about 10–15 minutes to complete and is submitted for review as soon as you finish. Most approvals come back the same day, though some can take up to 3 business days. We’ll work with you to get everything submitted and approved as quickly as possible!

Yes. If you’re self-qualifying, we’ll run a credit and background check on you. If you need a guarantor, we’ll run a background check on you and a credit check on your guarantor.

Yes. If you don’t have a credit history, a guarantor is required, and there’s a $50 guarantor fee. If you’d like to build your credit while you live here, an optional $9.99 monthly credit reporting service is also available.

Yes! International students are welcome to lease with us. You’ll need two forms of government-issued ID, and we can accept a visa or passport.

Fall move-in is typically in mid-August. Spring move-in depends on availability, so check with the office when you apply.

Vintage at Tabernacle doesn’t allow early termination, but management will review requests made because of medical or mental health conditions. If your plans change, you can transfer your lease to another resident for a lease transfer fee of 85% of one month’s rent.

Yes! Every apartment is fully furnished and includes a 65-inch TV, black kitchen appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, granite countertops, LED lighting, extra storage, and spacious living areas.

Furniture is provided, so you’ll just need personal items and household basics:

• bedding and towels
• toiletries and bathroom supplies
• dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
• cleaning supplies and laundry detergent (the washer and dryer are in your apartment)
• décor to make your space feel like home

Yes! We offer roommate matching. If you have a roommate group, your application has a specific section for roommate names. We recommend that everyone in your group apply together, so we can make sure there’s space to place you all in the same apartment.

We have an Amazon package locker that’s accessible to residents 24/7. If you’d rather have packages left with the office, we’ll text you when they arrive. Office pickup is only available during regular office hours.

Log in to the resident portal to submit a maintenance request. For urgent issues, Vintage at Tabernacle also offers 24-hour emergency maintenance.

We encourage residents to make their rooms and apartments feel like home! You’re welcome to hang items on the wall. We just ask that you use the smallest nail possible to avoid large holes. We don’t recommend adhesives like Command strips.

Vintage at Tabernacle is a no-pet community, with an exception for documented service animals and emotional support animals (ESAs). Contact management for documentation requirements.

Guests are welcome! Visitors need to park on the street, since the Tabernacle underground garage is for residents only.

To renew, contact the office before your lease ends, and you can choose a 9- or 12-month lease again. At move-out, leave your apartment clean and undamaged. Damage fees depend on the repair, starting around $30 for items like stove drip pans and going up to $950 or more for appliance replacement.
